COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is designed to assist students to identify the
skills and technique necessary for controlling the managerial process. It
involves setting standard, measuring performance against those standards,
reporting the results and taking corrective.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
By the end of the course the student will be able to:
1. Discuss strategies for effecting change.
2. Discuss method of personal evaluation
3. Describe principals of disciplinary action.
4. Utilize effective counseling skills.
5. Discuss quality assurance.
TEACHING LEARNING STRATEGIES:
Lecture, discussion, and small group sessions will be used
as teaching leaning strategies.
