Placement   :         Year-II, Semester-I (Overall Semester – III)

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course is designed to provide the opportunities to the Post RN BScN students to become an effective clinical teacher. It will also help in developing supervisory skills.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

By the ends this course students will be able:
ü Discuss the concept of clinical supervision.
ü Demonstrate act and interact with client, students and other health professional in work setting.
ü Develop supervisory skills, problem solving & decision – making and bedside teaching.

TEACHING LEARNING STRATEGIES:

Pre-reading assignments, lectures, small group discussion, role play, and self-study.

COURSE EXPECTATION:

ü Active participation in class.
ü Completion of assignment and exam.
ü Presentation

EVALUATION CRITERIA
